Ronald Anthony Tamburino, 67, of Port Orange FL, passed away on Tuesday May 23, 2017 surrounded by his loving wife and family. He was born August 16, 1949 in Youngstown, OH to his parents Tony and Ida Tamburino.
Ron retired from General Motors after forty years of service. He was a graduate of Fitch High School in Austintown, OH and attended two years at Youngstown University. He proudly served his country as an Image Interpreter during the Vietnam War and was a Service Officer for the DAV Chapter in Holy Hill, FL. His passion was...

Ronald Anthony Tamburino, 67, of Port Orange FL, passed away on Tuesday May 23, 2017 surrounded by his loving wife and family. He was born August 16, 1949 in Youngstown, OH to his parents Tony and Ida Tamburino.
Ron retired from General Motors after forty years of service. He was a graduate of Fitch High School in Austintown, OH and attended two years at Youngstown University. He proudly served his country as an Image Interpreter during the Vietnam War and was a Service Officer for the DAV Chapter in Holy Hill, FL. His passion was Chapter 1048 Vietnam Veterans and served honorably as a part of the Honor Guard. A gentleman who loved his brothers that served our country, he was quite interested in military history, and an avid reader. His other passions included riding his Goldwing motorcycle, and driving his 92' Trans Am which was his pride and joy.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents Tony and Ida Tamburino. He is survived by the love of his life, his wife, Wilma Tamburino; step-children Diana Lyn (Larry) Kaczynski and Julie Wilkerson; brother Richard (Chris) Tamburino; ten grandchildren and many other loving family and friends.
